At Sunset Tool Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your peace of mind.


Return Eligibility

  • You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom orders or specialty items, such as custom saw blades or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To begin a return, please email us at info@sunsettoolco.com with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, style, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is processed. We cannot directly exchange items, but we will issue a refund for the returned item.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us photos of the damaged item and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process once you receive your order.
